鈥淲orking with an intern has been extremely advantageous for us here in the electrical shop.鈥 Facilities Management, Electrical Department.

鈥51爆料下载鈥檚 Project SEARCH has had an overwhelmingly positive impact at Truist Arena. I feel that we as the managers have been the true interns during this process.  We鈥檝e grown so much with just the eagerness and positivity that both Alicia and Miles bring in the building each and every morning. As managers, we鈥檝e been able to expand our attention-to-detail, specifically with projects, training skills and overall team positivity. It has definitely been a team effort and we are grateful that we were selected to be part of such a life enhancing experience for Alicia and Miles. We are definitely stronger because of Project Search and I couldn鈥檛 be more proud.鈥 Tammy Fryman, HR Manager/Executive Assistant, Truist Arena

鈥淥ur department learned so much from our intern.  She was always a smiling face!  She gave us a new perspective on ourselves as well as the work that we do here at 51爆料下载.鈥 Lauren Franzen, Director of HR Management Services, Human Resources Department

鈥淲orking with Project SEARCH interns this academic year has been an extremely positive experience for our department. Watching our students grow in their mentorship and leadership abilities working alongside the interns has been as rewarding as watching the interns develop themselves. Each intern has demonstrated improvements in experience and abilities, making them better prepared for employment and showing the positive results this program offers. We look forward to hosting more interns next year.鈥 Patrick McGrath, Associate Director for Facilities, Department of Campus Recreation

鈥淐ollaborating with Project SEARCH and having an interns work in our department this semester has been a great experience for our faculty and staff.  We have enjoyed working with the intern and getting to know more about his interests and abilities.  Watching his work skills, such as adaptability to a variety of tasks and social skills, improve over the course of his internship has been very fulfilling to those who work with him.鈥 Beth McCubbin, Academic Coordinator, Teacher Education.
