Arts & Science Ambassadors are a select group of high-achieving students who have a major in the College or Arts and Science.Ìý Ambassadors represent the College at events such as Orientation, Black and Gold Days and Major/Minor Fair helping to promote their departments and be a resource to new and incoming students.Ìý All CAS Ambassadors have over a 3.0 gpa and a strong commitment to 51±¬ÁÏÏÂÔØ and Arts & Sciences.

The application for 2019 - 2020 Ambassadors is now closed. The 2020 - 2021 application will open until March 1, 2020. Applicants must have a 3.0 cumulative gpa and completed one semester of coursework at 51±¬ÁÏÏÂÔØ.

Criminal Justice Major
Bailey is a 51±¬ÁÏÏÂÔØ Sophomore who moved here from LaGrange, Kentucky. She came to 51±¬ÁÏÏÂÔØ as an undeclared Freshman, and after careful consideration, declared a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Professional Writing. After graduating 51±¬ÁÏÏÂÔØ, she plans to move to Chicago and go to law school there, as well as advocate for human rights throughout her career. In her free time, she enjoys reading, makeup, and watching true crime documentaries on Netflix.

Kola is an International Student from Nigeria. He is pursuing a career in Actuarial Science with his Math & Statistics degree. Chemistry Major, Math Minor
Elise is from Clermont County located in lovely southwest Ohio. She took her first chemistry class sophomore year of high school and fell in love with the subject, especially the math aspect of it! Coming in her first year, she started out with a public service minor because she loved the policy classes involved; however, after taking calculus 1, she realized that she loved math and the thinking and reasoning that comes along with the subject, so she changed to a math minor. After graduating, she has plans to pursue graduate school focused in chemistry. Afterwards, she'd love to become a professor or work with legislators on public policy. On-campus, she's involved in ECOS, SAACS, and undergraduate research, as well as being a PLUS tutor and Supplemental Instructor for General Chemistry.

BFA Musical Theatre Major
Megan is a native of Cincinnati, OH. She graduated from the School for Creative & Performing Arts in 2018. After graduation with her BFA she is hoping to move to New York City to pursue her dream of performing on Broadway or a touring cast of a musical. Besides performing at 51±¬ÁÏÏÂÔØ's School of the Arts and being an ambassador, she is a member of the Lavender Society (51±¬ÁÏÏÂÔØ's official safe zone for queer ladies and theydies). When Megan isn't performing at 51±¬ÁÏÏÂÔØ, she is performing at many of the local theaters or volunteering her time to theater, especially Lachey Arts. She enjoys ice cream and laying in the woods in her hammock.

Stacey already has a full time job at Landor and will continue to work there after graduation in December. Kylie is a local from Campbell County and transferred to 51±¬ÁÏÏÂÔØ from another university after her fall freshman semester. She decided to major in Biology with a focus in cellular, molecular, and genetics with plans to attend medical school. She has gotten very involved and is enjoying her time at 51±¬ÁÏÏÂÔØ. In addition to being an ambassador, she works as a medical scribe in the emergency department at local St. Elizabeth hospitals. She is a member of Kappa Delta Sorority and serves as their academic excellence chair. Kylie also works at 51±¬ÁÏÏÂÔØ PLUS Tutoring center as a biology, chemistry, and calculus tutor. In her spare time, Kylie enjoys yoga and reading.

Ramey is a rising sophomore at 51±¬ÁÏÏÂÔØ from Fort Thomas, Kentucky. She decided on a chemistry major as she is interesting in doing research with essential oils. On campus Ramey is involved in undergraduate research in Dr. Guy's biochemistry lab as well as SAACS, the chemistry club. During her first semester, Ramey took a ballet course and participated in the Emerging Student Choreographers Showcase (ECS). Off campus Ramey tutors many high school students in math and science, and teaches dance classes at Rapture Dance Company. In her free time, Ramey loves to plan surprises for her friends and eat ice cream!

Mo came to 51±¬ÁÏÏÂÔØ from local Kenton County. She came to 51±¬ÁÏÏÂÔØ knowing she wanted to do art, and she is currently working towards a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting. Mo is not quite sure what she wants to do after graduation, but she will continue to create and sell products through her website. In addition to being an ambassador, Mo occasionally illustrates for The Northerner, where she has designed two holiday covers and illustrated for articles. In her spare time, Mo loves drawing and going to coffee shops.

I came to 51±¬ÁÏÏÂÔØ from Campbell County so am very familiar with the area. After a year of studying Music Education, I decided to major in Neuroscience with minors in both Biology and Psychology. I plan to go to graduate school to further study animal behavior and hopefully perform research with aquatic wildlife as a career. I am also a member of Alpha Omicron Pi and serve on their Leaders Council as Panhellenic Delegate. I watch a lot of movies in my spare time or am hanging around on campus with friends.

I am originally from the Louisville, KY area, and now my family lives in Southern Indiana. At first, when I came to 51±¬ÁÏÏÂÔØ, I was uncertain about what I wanted to do, during my Freshman and Sophomore years I took a lot of different classes and tried to explore what I wanted, it wasn't until second semester of Sophomore year that I found what I wanted. Now, I am an Integrative Studies major with a focus in Journalism, Creative Writing, Entrepreneurship, and a minor in Electronic Media and Broadcasting. After graduation I want to work in the media field as a broadcaster/ journalist and then eventually I want to start my own production company.

Claire is from Rising Sun, Indiana. She is a Biochemistry major on the Pre-Pharmacy track. She is minoring in Biology and is a member of the Honors College. Savannah transferred to 51±¬ÁÏÏÂÔØ from UC Clermont in 2018 after receiving her associate's degree in English literature. She is currently studying to become a high school English teacher and plans to stay at 51±¬ÁÏÏÂÔØ after graduation to earn a master's degree. Outside of her work as an Ambassador, Savannah also works as a writing tutor in 51±¬ÁÏÏÂÔØ's Writing Center and is a member of Sigma Tau Delta, the international English honor society. In her spare time, Savannah loves singing, writing and reading poetry, and advocating for mental health in her community.
